The building is connected to the main avenues via wide access roads.
The twin towers currently include office areas, a major embassy, bank
premises, restaurant facilities, technical areas and an underground car
park. The total surface is 25.000 m2 and construction was
completed in 2001. Probel arranged the project's equity and debt
financing and structured the partnership between the different
shareholders.
